"IT Efficiency" - the diagnostic tool

Snapshot® is the QAIassist® diagnostic tool. It is used to assess and analyze the existing SMB operational IT processes and practices against industry recognized standards, frameworks, methodologies and "best practices". Its purpose is to provide SMB's with an understanding of their existing IT practices and where "IT Efficiencies" can be translated into increases in their operational performance and bottom line. It can be applied to one or many IT operational disciplines - (see) IT Operational Disciplines. 

"IT Efficiency" - the diagnostic exercise

The Snapshot® exercise includes interviewing organizational staff and management, interpreting and evaluating interview responses against a predefined set of IT operational "IT Efficiency" criteria, and delivering the results to both management and staff. The duration of the diagnostic exercise is dependent on the size of the organization, the number of operational disciplines being assessed and the time and availability of staff and management to contribute. Once completed, the SMB will have identified where IT operational disciplines can be improved and the priority in which they can be addressed.
