"IT Efficiency" - implementing operational process
Headstart® is the tool we utilize to customize and implement "IT Efficiency" processes. It provides SMB's access to a suite of "IT Efficiency" processes that are aligned with industry recognized standards, frameworks, methodologies and "best practices". Its purpose is to enable SMB's the ability to implement "IT Efficiency" processes without having to spend the time, resources and money to design and build them. The Headstart tool also provides SMB's access to a structure they can utilize to document, customize and optimize their existing operational processes - implementation of these processes leads to increases in operational performance and bottom line. "IT Efficiency" - implementation made easy
Hea® exercise includes interviewing organizational staff and management, interpreting and evaluating interview responses against a predefined set of IT operational "IT Efficiency" criteria, and delivering the results to both management and staff. The duration of the diagnostic exercise is dependent on the size of the organization, the number of operational disciplines being assessed and the time and availability of staff and management to contribute. Once completed, the SMB will have identified where IT operational disciplines can be improved and the priority in which they can be addressed.
